After my thorough research on the concept of twin flames,my two cents on the journey on the divine feminine is that she is more spiritually aware of the essence of consciousness and definition of the creator. The divine feminine does not particularly have to be the woman but the feminine energy embodying into the souls.Here and now, the spiritual journey of both the divine counterparts is to get into union.However, the union will not occur unless the necessary spiritual work is undertaken.
The divine feminine is naturally intuitive and somehow,always guided to the truth. It is difficult to hide things from her due to her sacred powers she possess as the universal force shows her everything she needs to know when she needs to know. This is one primary reason why the divine masculine runs from her as she sees right through his soul. Now,this is a known fact that when twin flames meet,they vibrate at the same level they are,which in turn raises their vibration. It is an other-wordly emotion they feel for each other. In the 3D aspect, the twins have a runner and chaser dynamic as there are surmountable obstacles that causes separation between them. Nonetheless, the union between the twin flames is a lot more sacred than the worldly marriage or the type of relationship dynamics the twins share in the 3D.
Often times,the path to self-actualisation is not sunshine and roses,rather it is brutal. It is a sheer uphill battle for the divine feminine to release herself from the invisible chains that bind her indomitable spirit. But,the beauty lies in the constant breaking through to the other side of these challenges,even if her heart loses hope.
Let us now discuss the wounded feminine side of the story that is a barrier to the twin flame union. The wounded feminine can have cropping issues that are carried forwarded from many past lives. A disempowered feminine energy can come across as insecure,over-apologizing,needy,over-emotional,weak boundaries,feeling unworthy,naive to state a few. This creates a spiritual imbalance of energies in the dynamic which results in twin flame separation.
Furthering my two cents' worth of opinion on ways of healing the distorted feminine energy would include:
#1 Sit in silence without distractions and allow oneself a moment's rest. As Kaiser explains,we are fueled by a "get-more-done" mindset and are on a constant mission to achieve more.
#2 Embracing one's sensuality by indulging in physical pleasures such as lighting a favourite candle,cooking a fragrant meal,cleaning your work desk or your cupboard, having a shower with scented shower gels.
#3 Journaling one's thoughts.Reflection is a good way to tap into the feminine energy. Practising this helps one become creative,thus increasing endorphins and oxytocin also known as feel good hormones in the body.
#4 Practising self love and self compassion by talking kindly to oneself and seeing yourself with the eyes of the source energy aka God,the divine.
#5 Being aware of connecting with synchronicities and reflecting on our inner world amplifies the feminine energy.
#6 Prioritizing "me-time" enables one to connect within oneself. Starting a morning prayer, a meditation,watching sunsets, walking in nature enables a sacred space to honour the divine light.
It is understandable how in today’s world,many of us would have suppressed these energies in order to cope with modern day life.For example,it is difficult to allow the softness of receptive compassion into our life when we are expected to maintain competitive careers in the workplace. But our health depends on making the space in our lives to allow these inherent qualities to surface. Our womanhood is unique.Every woman is a unique expression of the divine feminine. Coming into alignment with the divine feminine within us is not about conforming to an archetypal idea of what divine feminine is or isn’t.It is about releasing the things that disallow our own unique feminine essence from radiating through us.It is about reclaiming who we really are.
