Survival Emotions-Decalcify the pineal gland and flow with life

Most people are stuck in the past as they reinforce a neurological loop that creates an addiction to the highs and lows of emotional drama. This is classic case of conditioning. The very need to decode someone else's behaviour is a reflection of one's inner disconnection as we get limited by our unconscious programming. This puts the mind and the body to thrive on survival emotions.

Dr. Joe Dispenza rightly quotes,"Emotion is the fuel to the engine of the subconscious mind". It is important to ponder upon our thoughts,but the truth is thoughts become powerful only when emotions are attached to it. So when one acts from a place of survival emotion, a range of negative emotions emerge that activate a flight and fight response system in the brain.

The pineal gland,also known as the third eye chakra is negatively impacted by being in constant survival mode. The constant state of feared alertness and hidden trauma reduces the production of melatonin,thus causing impair in the pineal sympathetic inputs.

Let us decode how does this work. When the pineal gland becomes overstimulated with negative emotions it creates neurological loops in the brain that causes insomnia,migraine problems and other neurological deficits.

Being located in the centre of the brain, the pineal gland is the gateway to spiritual awareness that deepens psychic abilities and enhances intuition. A Greek philosopher, Herophilus believed that the soul flows in the form of air through the lungs,to the heart and finally,to the brain. The flow of air in the brain is controlled by the pineal gland. In Hindu literature, the pineal gland is known as the Ajna Chakra,in Egyptian literature,it is referred to the Eye of the Horus as the clairvoyance and cosmic visions are elevated through the stimulation of the the pineal gland.

The next segment of the article will comprise of how to activate and relax the pineal gland.

#1 Vibration and Toning- Chanting mantras send vibrations to the centre of the brain that activates the pineal gland that results in energizing the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) as the sound penetrates deep into the skill stimulating the said gland.

#2 Breathwork- Conscious breathing is the healthiest way to activate the pineal gland. Thus,meditating while bringing attention to the stop between the eyebrows and visualizing a radiant indigo light emanating from the very spot. This creates a whole level of energy flow to the third eye chakra that creates an pulsating effect that opens up the gland.

#3 Engaging in Creative Pursuits- Having a photoreceptor function,the pineal gland gets activated by colour therapy,as colours activate light exposure in the eyes,further generating melatonin as we use various range of colours through creativity. Indigo and violet hues influence the stated gland and create a balance in the left and right hemisphere of the brain.

#4 Sun Gazing- Not only the eyes,but the skin also contains receptors that absorb the sun rays,however human eyes absorb the most potent amount of sunlight. The photoreceptor cells in our eyes activate and improve our psychic abilities through the pineal gland. By just gazing at the sun,the gland starts to pulsate and further,open up which leads to clear thinking,wisdom ana deeper understanding.


Therefore,an activated pineal gland creates stimulus in the body through having vivid dreams and visions,heightened sensitivities,subtle vibrations and energy flow in the body. The more relaxed and peaceful the energy body is,the more activated is the pineal gland.
