Non player characters in the spiritual world-The robotic programming of the soul

We all have heard the famous saying,"Be the main character of your life". In spirituality, there is a a classic gaming metaphor,on the same like which act as checkpoints to one's soul's spiritual awakening that reflect upon a person's blind spots,test one's frequencies and act as a portal for transformation are non player characters.

Simplifying this,all the souls who we cross paths with are the one that delayer one's pre-learnt programmings. They are the non players who come into one's life when there is a certain level of soul ascension done where our soul matches with the frequencies of other souls to open up new pathways of ascension. The soul is a "directional intelligence" portal that takes form of experience and contributes a particular role carried out in the 3D by the body. Non player characters reflect the complexities of human participation that contribute to shared experiences. There is deep level of unleash of the state of functioning that is unraveled at the soul level,almost like"chakra openings".

I would like to provide an example here. When we react in certain situations from our pre programmed mind,we operate from a place of "learnt programming". When the soul starts an ascension process,the conscious state of functioning changes and becomes elevated as NPCs throw deep reflective light upon our ancestral programming,ego identities and areas of non awareness of imprinted memory.

As per Gnosticism: Ancient Mystical Traditions,Sects & Texts(2023),there are 3 categories of souls that function in the matrix. Each sect have a different soul path that will be discussed further.

#1 The Pnenumatics- As per Greek Mythology,Pneuma means breath or spirit. These are souls who actively seeking truth and higher consciousness who break free from the matrix of material illusions. These are said to be highly evolved evolves souls for discipline and awakening of the planet. Pheuma is the mix of air and fire endowing bodies with qualities of cohesion,growth and sensation elevating these sect souls from mere breath to divine and spiritual intelligence.Their spirit undergoes a 'soulful' processing of a divine spark and intuitive wisdom for transcendental experiences. Pneumatic souls function beyond good and evil,rather on openness of the highest version of unfolding consciousness for it's own sake above all else.

#2 The Psychics- Baffa et al. [2017], researchgate.net,The state of consciousness of psychics is 'liquid' as they adapt easily to their surroundings as they are active truth seekers. Psychics are trapped by the maze of the Earth. Psychics operate deeply from a soul level,which makes these souls a mix of spiritual liberation and cognitive dogma navigated by the Universe. These souls operate from experiential knowledge of past lives lived across galaxies and connect with their intelligence from a higher power. However,psychics fall short from spiritual liberation when they cannot act from a place of vulnerability. These sect start to deprogram when they start to accept that feelings are irrational and transmute their pain and sufferings and unconsciously get free from the control.

#3 The Hylics - Arkadi Choufrine(2002),Originated from the Greek word,Hule which means matter. As per Gnostic belief systems,hylics are sous that are bound by the material world. They lack awareness of higher spiritual reality and are concerned with pleaser,power,status and physical survival. Hylics are the NPCs that are incapacitated of transcendence. I might come across as harsh and ruthless in describing hylics but their spiritual disconnection creates space for them to live in areas of material pursuits. In NPC theory,hylics serve as walking abstracts rather than traditional storytellers as they wander through life lacking conscious depth due to blind materialism. Thus,the hylic's role is just about exchanging procedural chatter and feed off on basic utilities of life.

I would wish to draw relatabilities and differences on how each of the subsect act as players in the spiritual realms.

Hylics(Non Player)	Pneumatics(Players)	Psychics(Free Will)
High reliance on body and matter known to have a “sleeping soul” as they are motivated by external programming. Their earthly role is to move forward consumerism.	Reliant on transcendence and direct truth who see through past illusions and elevate beyond society rules.As per Gnostic ideations,they are highest awakened to divine origins and feel the physical world is flawed. Known as players as their ascension is a purpose drive true to their soul.	Psychics are in between hylics and pneumatics. However,they have the ability to evolve,awaken and achieve spiritual liberation through self awareness as per Gnostic teachings. Having said that,psychics act as a crossroads between animal instincts and spiritual awareness.

Interestingly,when we understand how NPCs and player characters intersect,the whole understanding of consciousness changes. Why do I say that? NPCs are earthly controlled entities where as spiritual players "flip the script" and improvise on the "How",the life path unfolds by breaking free from the robotic programming.

Concluding this article,I would wish to add that NPCs provide "the background" of everyday life allowing the player characters to practice mindfulness,test their egos and master compassion. NPCs act on the "autopilot of their ego mind" and player characters break away and function from conscious choices rather than reacting to the world.
