The Earth Star Chakra: the balance between the earthly body and Mother Earth.

The earth star chakra is not located in the physical body unlike most of the other chakras.This chakra is located about 12 inches below the feet in the etheric body. It is known to consist of rooting and grounding properties. The earth star chakra goes a step further than the work of the root chakra does which is, it anchors the whole chakra system i.e. the 7 chakras. This chakra that I am discussing about connects one's personal energy i.e. embodies all the chakras to greater earthly and universal energies. This connection of the energies allows for feelings of grounding,stability and well being.

Further,this chakra assists in channeling positive energy from the earth fostering feelings of connection with the earth,the ability to stay present in day to day tasks and routines and sense of being rooted in something greater than oneself,results in self-awareness and clear thinking. Studies denote that all karmic issues can be resolved and forgiven through the earth star chakra,enabling the soul to transcend the karmic loop. It gives etheric and astral bodies a sense of equilibrium, and interconnectivity.

The active Earth Star Chakra is blessing for all the energy workers as it releases the negative energies that may have been picked from others. The Earth Star Chakra secures your soul by connecting your etheric body to physical world. It connects you with Divine Mother Earth and aligns you with magnetic core of the earth. The active Earth Star Chakra also helps discharge negative and impure energy to earth as well as draw divine and pure energy from earth, that makes you grounded all the time

I will now be discussing some methods on how to activate the Earth Star Chakra. They are mentioned below:

#1 Grounding therapy by taking a conscious walk barefoot on grass or sandy beach to feel the Earth beneath oneself.

#2 Meditating in nature by sitting in a lotus position with closed eyes visualizing the energy flow through the entire body and deep into the Earth.

#3 Closing your eyes with relaxation and increasing vibration of gratitude for the Earth.

#4 Honouring the four elements: Earth,Fire,Water and Air to actively receive from Earth.

#5 Journalling any limiting beliefs such as money guilt and family issues opens up this chakra.

Moving towards concluding this article,it is said that darker the Earth Star Chakra is,the more closed off or unbalanced it is. Wearing the colour magenta is beneficial to open up the Earth Star Chakra as this chakra gets activated and provides a foundation of the metaphysical understanding of one's existence as a whole.
