In Hinduism,Buddhism and Jainism, karma is a moral law concept that discusses intentional action that produces consequences that shape a soul's tendency and circumstance. Karma accumulates Samsakaras(tendencies) that shape one's creation and law of attraction patterns. Any physical action may produce tangible residue where as verbal actions create psychic imprints. The residue of each karam conditions the mental and psychological state of an individual.
Brining in the discussion of how karmic patterns block our manifestations? At a relationship level,
past attachment traumas and toxic dynamics leave an imprint on the energy body due to formation of energetic cords between the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra and the heart chakra. These 3 main chakras get intertwined in relationships that start to manifest into karmic loops that stop the energy body to recover and enhance manifestation powers.
The law of Karma functions on two underlying principles, The Principle of Destiny and The Principle of self effort, which means that the effort one puts in today forges our future outcomes. Payal Kaul(2020) stated in Medium, the Prarabdha (karmic inheritance) and Purushartha (self effort) discuss about the initial circumstance and the response to that circumstance by the person creates a window of manifestation. This very window allows a person to act up on free will either with good intention or with bad intention that aligns one's action in the process.
Thus,a person's learnt practice converts into action and surrender allowing the individual to unfold karmic destiny.
Think of karmic patterns as a wound, the more we try to touch the open wound area,it takes longer to heal. That is how energetic karmic imprints work, the more we get attached to past traumatic relationship events, the karmic loop keeps getting swirled up. So do karmic patterns have an energetic frequency? A definite YES!! When our karma has been negatively intertwined, our manifestations feel blocked,as the "mirror principle" begins to act out which means we meet similar partners in different bodies. Karma starts to manifest at a consciousness level. It is like the words we say to ourselves. Imagine we keep talking to ourselves saying that, "The whole world is bad, people are out there to get me". We start to make that as an imprint on our energy body, that starts to manifest at a conscious level, which in turn makes that our personality and we attract people to take advantage of us.
Thus,a conscious shift in one's internal vibration, intentions and behaviour creates a positive impact on the cause and effect in all areas of our life. When one vibrates at a level of guilt, fear and range of negative emotions, these gets converted into energy which gets emitted into the quantum field and manifests into karmic action. As per NIH(2025),a study by White et al. found that 59% of people view their good fortune as "karmic reward" and 92% view karma as misfortunes as deserved as karmic punishments. What a cynical viewpoint!! Karma is a simple way of living of our subconscious mind, our energy body and our mind. The alignment of the three being about life altering positive results.
Another spin off to manifestations and karma is the quantum field theory. The quantum field consists of range of quantum particles that are interconnected through a web where the actions of one's past influences the present experiences. While drawing parallels, humans are part of the larger quantum field of consciousness. Thus, when entanglement occurs, the probability of life events unfold as per the Cosmic Law where one raises the consciousness. Our consciousness is linked to the quantum energetic field that has a ripple effect, where the conscious thought which is turned into intentional action has an inevitable impact on the larger system of the quantum particles. Furthering the analysis, our individual choices can reinvent our destiny through quantum consciousness. Is that really possible? Most definitely. Karma is stored energy in our etheric bodies that form our hidden habits. When we consciously shift our habits, our choices, our whole way of living, the etheric bodies release the rigid repository of past learned behaviour into a refined vessel.
Hence, when negative karma is released from the body, there is a sensation of lightness and reduction of compulsive emotional reactions to life.
