Twin Flame Introspection: Embrace the ebbs and flows moving towards enlightenment

What does separation make the soul do? A deep delving into the psyche of the mirrored souls!! There are a range of uncomfortable and misaligned relationship energies that are held onto for so long between the twin flames where each one of them starts settling for the bare minimum and acting like a doormat!! The separation occurs and after a range of uncomfortable emotions felt and several downward spirals, the phase of introspection begins in the twin flame journey.

The introspection phase involves the unraveling of emotional threads that are intertwined in this connection and an acknowledgement slowly starts in the dynamics at play.

The depth of self reflection becomes a catalyst for soul level personal growth,further, breaking free from old patterns that no longer is serving the souls' higher purposes. This enforcing of self reflection pushes for a deep inward introspection that acts like a stimulant to reprogram the imprints of the old belief systems and old conditioning. I would like to provide a self example here. I lived a partially inauthentic life before 2019,a chronic people pleaser and always tried to shrink myself in spaces that did not fulfill me,a self critical individual that needed constant validation. As 2020 began,I started disassociating with a lot of relationships,old habits,even food consumption patterns changed largely!!! I started seeing angel numbers and the signs from the Universe that made me go deep inside my subconscious to understand :Why,What,How and the other questions of my journey. This pushed me to encounter a mix bag of heightened emotions and feelings,at several points such as synchronicities,feelings of emptiness, increased intuition and psychic powers that pushed me so hard to mature at a soul level.

The best aspect of this deep long standing introspection was surrendering and trusting the process and where life would take me. Yes,there were days and months of blurred visions of my life ahead but the enlightenment shows the light at the end of the tunnel!!

Such a mix bag of intense emotions!! This very emotional intensity settles down after the soul reaches the stage of surrender, accepting the situation, letting go of any negative thoughts and feelings towards the counterpart that finally, brings a sense of calm and individual peace.

The ebbs and flows of this journey pushes the souls to live their soul truth,move towards more authenticity and allow the Divine to run the course further.
