Old Souls and Bureaucratic work structures-Are personal boundaries enough?

Bureaucratic work structures thrive on toxic politics,authoritarian hierarchies and suffocating rules. Quite contrarily,old souls crave freedom, right from flexible work schedules,sans authoritarian follow ups,rigid routines as they prioritise purpose in their work along with being authentic.

Question here arises,does authenticity thrive in disenchanted career structures? The answer is outright NO!! Old souls require a work structure that has autonomy as these souls operate on a frequency of creativity,innovation and resourcefulness.

Additionally, hierarchical work structures work on micromanagement. Such a huge red flag old souls as these souls seldom flourish in micromanaged environments as these evolved beings have their own set pace and methods of fulfilling tasks and problem solving.

Known to be highly sensitive to energy and environment,bureaucracy at work becomes "soul crushing" for them as it lacks emotional attunement. Status wars,competitive games are seen as energy depletion to old souls as they prefer moral conduct in work settings that creates a realistic change in the work structures. Known to uplift humans,old souls believe in carrying people along with them in the journey of life rather than being individualistic.

Being highly community driven,old souls are a complete mismatch to corporate individualism which bureaucratic work structures excel in. Now,this doesn't mean, I look down upon bureaucracy as a whole!! But,I simply mean that many evolved souls see such environments as an entrapment. It is like asking a child to swim on the first day of swimming class without a float!!

Old souls are more of seekers and truth revelators. This make them deep sensory beings;feeling deeply,thinking deeply, analyzing deeply. The world is fast paced,and does not appreciate such depth!!

Fitting old souls in a box can be claustrophobic and depleting for them as their soul mission is more of truth seeking and authenticity of expression. Low stimulative environments and purpose driven work orientation provides old souls to flourish exceptionally. Some low dictonoums professions such as mentoring,teaching,small business,freelancing move old souls to achieve contentment and purpose.

Remember,old souls are givers,nurtures,the more they nurture humanity throw their work,the more they feel at peace and attainment.
