Heart Diseases from a Spiritual Perspective- The healing modalities to maintain a healthy heart

Currently,over the past 5 decades,the collective human consciousness vibrates at the level of the solar plexus chakra,which is the centres of achievement and the centre of self identity.Roughly around 47% to 51% of the world population is operating from the solar plexus chakra (Researchgate,net.April 2022). The solar plexus chakra of the collective consciousness has resulted in an overactivated centre where the flow of energy is solely towards career,status and wealth. This creates a blockage in the heart chakra as there is an imbalance between egoic relationships and cultivated loving relationships.

Clearly,there is a deep sense of selfishness amongst the human race.Having said that,let us now understand how the human chakras are formed. When a species is birthed,the root chakra gets activated and as we grow in age,our energy centres also evolve and grow up the energy ladder. The next big collective energy centre of humanity is to move towards our heart centre.

Now,why are there so many people on Earth having heart disease? That is because the human heart has become overtly congested with blocked energy. An energetic healthy heart enables flow which is about give and take of the emotional energy spectrum. In this age,the heart of humans is more like a walnut as a thick shell that is surrounded by the heart,better put,a protective shell to push away feeling emotion. Emotion is energy in motion. When there is blocked emotion in the human body, there are a range of imbalances that occur that block energy to flow freely.

Discussing about our feminine energy centres,which are derived from our mothers. So if an individual's mother has/had an open heart,the child automatically derives an open heart. 90% of the human population,have their mothers' heart chakra closed down.

Another energetic dynamic that causes heart condition in humans is the unresolved ancestral grief and loss which carries a genetic pattern through the bloodline of the family,that manifests into heart condition across generations.

When the heart chakra is open,it allows us to eliminate the negative emotions that drain out the "internal trash" off the energy centres as unprocessed emotions lead to disease. As per the World Health Report 2025,598 million people suffer from heart and cardiovascular disease. Furthermore,unexpressed and unacknowledged emotions and feelings lead to heart disease. Thus the more vulnerable and expressive a human is,the more healthy the heart remains. As per Harvard health 2022,men are reported to have a higher risk in coronary heart disease. Isn't this highly alarming!! Heart conditions in men are developed over time due to their inability to communicate feelings,unwillingness and fear to communicate emotions. This leads to a closed heart center engulfing all the heaviness and overflooding of uncommunicated emotions that manifests into heart conditions.

When the body,soul and heart are in alignment,the body lives disease free. Discussing emotions and vulnerabilities across genders,amongst relationships, with society and furthermore in macro structures can create a planetary level healing and furthermore,a human collective consciousness healing. Dissipating stigmas attached to gender and how emotions are to be managed play a large role of eradicating heart disease from the root.
