The Twin Flame Narcissist- Challenges in the path to Union

A narcissist is a deeply hurt and damaged soul. They have been so annihilated, usually early in childhood,which disconnects them completely from their true nature in order to survive. Thus,a sense of "False self" (I), is created to represent themselves to the world. This forces them to search outside themselves for life energy and food existence, as they have shut themselves off from their own existence. Grandiosity is a strikingly outstanding trait of a narcissist which is an unrealistic sense of superiority. This grandiosity is cropping up from a place of strong internalised shame and unconscious fear that people around them will discover their insecurities and vulnerabilities. This false self image moves into a fearful avoidant personality development, which further creates a temperamental and emotionally inauthentic individual in relationships.

A narcissist ranks their supply highest,based on what they can feed off from and provide them the most high. Classic example,when someone can't get their favourite ice cream because it is temporarily unavailable,so they settle for a generic hit until they can get the high end hit later.

The basic human traits such as kindness,genuineness is lacking in a narcissist; they cover up this lack with toxic traits such as people pleasing and carrying compliments and praises in amongst a certain group of people and subsequently,create a sudden emotional crash in another to uplift their ego and gain control over the echoist ( adj. someone who puts others needs before their own).

Conjuncting the twin flame aspect; moreso,the runner has learnt toxic behavioural traits due to childhood wounding and what is worse? They are unaware of their behaviour as the pain of their

childhood experiences makes them unwilling to visit that place of wounding,hence avoiding healing altogether. The mirroring of the narcissistic wounding comes out from their place of pain and inturn, is projected onto the twin flame chaser. A blocked solar plexus chakra is a reason for narcissistic tendencies. Some behavioural traits of an individual with a blocked solar plexus chakra are: 1) Increased need for power and control. 2) Issues with gut health or adrenal issues.

3) Increased need for control.

4) Low self esteem.

5) Overworking oneself to exhaustion.

6) A superiority complex.

7) Heightened narcissistic rage/anger issues.

1)Take the spotlight away from them and invest in becoming more positive and detached from them. 2) Limited contact can create a smooth sailing relationship and creating a space for self care should be primary.

3) Manage a verbal feedback delivery politely as a narcissist can react in an outburst or a fight. 4) Maintain clear boundaries of what is acceptable or not acceptable such as negative talk, character attacks should be a non-negotiable.

5) Letting go of confrontations and dropping the conversation entirely is a correct way of handling a narcissistic personality.

Love should always be the answer. A twin flame who is operating from narcissistic tendencies, always should allow oneself to notice the wound that they need to heal within themselves. You can also notice the wound reflected back at you as you learn to love yourself unconditionally.A healed twin flame will bring you closer to your true mission in this life and will often co-create with you in changing the world and join hands with you in contributing to the greater good – together. The purpose of the Twin Flame mirroring the narcissistic patterns is so that you heal. Healing is what will return both the twin souls to a state of Divine Love. This is the process of Ascension known as the purification of consciousness.
