Twin Flame Chaser Perspective:the delusion behind the fear of loss of the runner

So these days,I have been watching quite a few TedXTalk videos as I have some leisure time on hand at my work.I watched a few videos on “Do you see the signs of the Universe” by Ulla Suokko and particularly a Youtube Channel, Awaken with Pradynna who speaks about her Twin Flame Journey. A lot of depth of insights have been brought to me linked to my twin flame journey. The hot and cold energy push the buttons of the divine counterparts to get to heal all our respective wounds.One of the most painstaking issues throughout this dynamic,has been the lack of consistent communication. The triggers of the chaser,in this case,I being the chaser has been mainly the deep longing and intense love and a soulful urge to connect and be with my divine counterpart. These triggers are stemming from the place of the constant need for validation that my divine counterpart still loves me.

A song that rings a bell in my head, when I describe this dynamic is the Katy Perry track, Hot and Cold, "'Cause you're hot then you're cold.You're yes then you're no.You're in then you're out.You're up then you're down.You're wrong when it's right.It's black and it's white.We fight, we break up.

We kiss, we make up," Moving on from the lighter note! (Haha!). Let me circle back to the perspectives I gained from the TedXTalk video(mentioned earlier),the complexity of the twin flame dynamic is unquestionable.The twin flame union takes months,years and even lifetimes,only for the fact that the 3D perspectives are not conducive for the twin flame union.The amplification of doubts and insecurities that crop up from a place of fear of rejection is what creates a constant loop of run and chase.Thoughts of insecurities like, “What if I lose my twin flame”,”What if we do not unite”,”What if my twin flame loses feelings for me”. The answer to that question is a straight out NO!!

Twin flame is a soul connection that is reincarnated lifetimes after lifetimes on the planet.The soul has the knowing,it is the mind and body that is constantly in need for the 3D union.The divine is always working behind the scenes,even if we cannot see the immediate effects in the 3D world. So, at this very moment, I am still in separation from my counterpart and yes, it does hurt immensely and the magnitude of anguish that I undergo is non quantifiable.However, I get through my days with positive affirmations,my teaching job at the university and working on my blog posts. Also,I am treating my anxiety disorder and medicating it and do small activities to keep myself at bay,started exercising since the past 3 weeks and I must say,the endorphins and oxytocin release help me elevate my mood and positivity.

The overthinking and the negative thoughts have reduced overtime and I most definitely have had a fresh perspective to this whole journey. What we tend to forget is,(which I too did was),I kept neglecting my emotional and physical well being and just recklessly chasing my counterpart.That is a recipe for disaster for union! The union only happens when each of the divine counterparts are living their truest versions of themselves which increases the positive vibrations and thus,the alignment of the energies happen and BAM!! The 3D union occurs.

The soul knows the destination,it is the mind that is reckless and emits nervous energy. This leads to an emission of negative energy which disrupts the energetic field of the twin flame counterparts.
