Sigma Empaths-Emotions and Intuition are their green signals in the path of life

A sigma empath consists a blend of intuition,empathy and independence. Due to their ''exceptional" self-sufficient and resilient tendencies,they holistically understand situations,anticipate outcomes and detect underlying patterns. During the face of adversity, sigma empaths remain grounded and composed due to their deep sense of self-awareness and acceptance of life's inevitable ups and downs. Their adept dissection of complex situations and analytical insights allows them to approach challenges with clarity and resourcefulness.Sigma empaths are known for their courage and conviction that makes them a stubborn force to question societal norms,forging their own path with confidence and determination.

A couple of months back,I had penned down an article on Heyoka empaths, which led me to draw a distinctive comparison between them both; now, Heyoka empaths are considered as "mirrors" who reflect back the hidden aspects of a person's psyche through unconventional behaviour and humour, while Sigma empaths possess an inner sense of groundedness that allows them to resist being overpowered by others' feelings.

The next segment of my article revolves around the discussion of the childhood struggles of a sigma empath that formulates their adult personalities later in life.

#4 These sigma empaths receive the title of "the family scapegoat" as they are born in highly distorted families, therefore their sense of justice is so keen that they advocate for the underdog and speak out loud for the rights of others courageously.

#5 Lucid dreaming comes to them easily as they posses the power of changing their subconscious narrative.

#6 They are notorious of being able to detect lies and dishonesty, it is a gift that they possess that helps them navigate through their lifelong relationships.

Encapsulating the exploration of sigma empaths;they have unique traits as they contribute richly to their own well being and also those around them. In the tapestry of human experiences, they bring a distinctive perspective of maintaining independence and fostering empathetic connections.
