Heart Chakra Activation between Twin Flames

The heart chakra,which is also known as the Anahata Chakra in Sanskrit scriptures,colours our life with compassion,love and beauty. It is the fourth chakra that helps in powerful manifestation between the twin souls. This is the main reason why twin flames are able to feel the emotions of their counterpart, be it happy or sad emotions that causes a humongous fluctuation in the energetic field. During the twin flame ascension process, there's a silver chord that connects the hearts of both the twins.

Toute de suite, there are times while sharing the heart energy could be a strenuous activity as well, that is, if one of the divine counterpart required lot of energy,the other one may fulfill those needs leaving the other counterpart feel depleted of energy. Another scenario where the heart chakra is depleted is when twin flames are in separation. The separation between twins is by far the most common reasons why the heart activation takes place.So what does one do to regain balance?

A strong heart chakra cleanse is recommended that will allow each of the divine counterparts to live a life free of pain and codependency. The cleansing is possible only when the twin souls are separated after recognising each other.

Twin flames are known to reincarnate across several lifetimes as they have had several past lives together on other planets and arrive on Earth together. So why does the reincarnation happen? My two cents on my journey of my heart activation in my twin flame ascension process would include the initial phase of respiratory issues such as asthma, I have always had asthma as a child, which means that I had a blocked heart chakra since the age of 3. Past 2 weeks,I had been having breathlessness and discomfort in the chest area.

Once the heart chakra is activated,there is a more constant state of communication on an esoteric level. As the twin flames share a strong kundalini energy,thinking of each other, communicating ignites the energy in the heart chakra. The main cause in the activation is the soul longing that is shared between the twin souls to reunite.
