Energy Leaks in relationships- Keep your soul mojo

Imagine talking or trying to strike a conversation with someone who reciprocates half heartedly or the effort of maintaining contact is an one way street!!! The energetic dynamic becomes unstable. So why and how does the imbalance occur? When there are lack of boundaries or inconsistency present in relationships. The hot and cold, on and off in efforts in a relationship stem from unconscious psychological wounds that leaves one emotionally drained, irritable and reactive at minor inconveniences. This is where the energy of the spiritual body starts to leak into relationships.

The spiritual body encompasses a divine identity and higher consciousness. This higher consciousness needs to be channeled in productive and effective areas to work towards our soul purpose.

So when does the energy leak start? When the productivity and effectiveness of the soul mission has gone off the purpose track. The next question that arises is,so what should one do? It all comes down to creating conscious energetic boundaries. A human's inner work on their shadow self carried the weight of our past experiences. Who doesn't want to remain blissful? Everyone does!!

However, we need to understand how to consciously broadcast stressed energy that negatively impacts our relationships

Relationships are known to nurture.When we feel disconnected from our true identity,our goals, start feeling emotionally distant from our loved ones, our energy body gets out of whack!!!

In order to forfeit these energy leaks, there is a personal checklist of mindful activities one must do:

#1 Boundary up- It is essential for boundaries as excessive external energy causes an overwhelm for the chakras. Unwanted emotions and energies create a severe imbalance in the chakra system. This causes leakage in the positive magnetic field.

#2 Fear based reactions- Suppose one has a tense conversation with a loved one or one scrolls past a social media post that fires up one's insecurity. The immediate response comes from a place of unhealed aspect of our personality or a fear based reaction. The trigger created an interaction at that lower vibration that becomes emotionally exhausting.

#3 Being honest with ourselves- We all are dealing with a range of relationships; friends,family, coworkers,clients; this is where we need to understand how aligned are people with their value systems. The more the value alignment,the more the high vibration in the relationship and higher the energy transfer. If there is no or low alignment, loving from a distance and giving space to grow is the best option.

#4 Belly Breathing- Diaphragmatic breathing promotes relaxation,reduces heart rate and boosts energy. As the breath reaches the brain and the gut,there is a rise in the oxygenation and balance in the nervous system begins. The relaxation of the muscles and physiological symptoms of fatigue and cortisol releases.

#5 Increased Empathy- There is a term known as 'empathy fatigue' which means excessively feelings emotions of others and absorbing their low vibrational energy which makes one extremely fatigued due to lack of personal boundaries. This results in unnecessary exhaustion due to sensory overload.

#6 Peaceful environments- Genetically,humans are programmed to find nature blissful. Connection with the flora and fauna revitalizes the soul. It is the energy charge for the neurons and electrons. Hence, one always gets the calmness and balance in their energy when one is peaceful.


Concluding the article, my personal take would include that one must recognize signs of energy depletions and embrace conscious steps to seal these leaks for our well being.
