Objectively, time is defined as the space between two events. Time is a subjective experience. Swami Chinmayanand states that it is the space between two thoughts. These are multiverses and it said that time rolls over and bends over. It is stated in the Rig Veda, that the truth is one but the wise call it by different names and based on our understanding we connect to the representation of that rule.
Now, Turiya is the underlying reality from which everything manifests. In the Hindu scriptures,Turiya simply is defined as the true self (atman) beyond the three common states of consciousness (waking, dreaming, and dreamless deep sleep). Kashmir Shaivism holds the state called Turiya – the fourth state. It is neither wakefulness, dreaming, nor deep sleep. In reality, it exists in the junction between any of these three states, i.e. between waking and dreaming, between dreaming and deep sleep, and between deep sleep and waking. Everything merges and dissolves in the same form, so let us take the example of a plant here, a plant is born in the soil, grows in the soil, seeds the soil with its fruits and flowers and ultimately, dies in the soil. At the point of creation, there was only sound and vibration as per Hindu scriptures,a sound that was created from a potential energetic state to a kinetic state which manifested into an energetic state that blew out into a sound known as Om. To reiterate it in simpler terms it means that, the word Om is defined by Hindu scripture as being the primordial sound of creation. It is the original vibration of the universe. From this first vibration, all other vibrations are able to manifest.
Our consciousness is partly physical and partly transcendental. Our body is the outgrowth from the first primitive cells that grew in sunlight under a pool of cess, that is where we all as human beings have originated from, similar to an overgrown amoeba. We are the purest form of scaredness of evolved souls, however,it depends solely on us, what we chose to be. For instance, at this very moment, if I choose to be ethical in my code of conduct in all my connections, it will be a matter of the choice I make. Now let us take another instance here of the physical body, even the single cell primitive organisms would be undelighted to our body's evolution. There are varied grossly repulsive array of contents uncer the sack of our skin, such as excreta, urine, pus, bile and other chemical fluids and we as humans, flaunt our bodies. It is a scientific study that the first biological fluid in the elementary canal is the saliva;we as human use that to deplete the environment by spitting;medically, spitting causes tuberculosis, which again is a man made disease. Thus, summarizing this all gives me a strong view point of the body;that it is an ugly vessel that contains the soul and consciousness which is the purest and highest scared aspect.
Consciousness tells one that when our eyes are closed,we are told by our inner soul that our eyes are closed. In this space, there is only the mind and the content of the mind. Spirituality is about cleansing the mind by giving the mind a quality that makes it non-sticky.
Man has become far too powerful for himself. We as humans have arrogated a lot of authority to ourselves.Humans have conquered the Prakriti, the physical nature by imposing a lot of power over our surroundings by exploiting nature and that is what is making us feel fulfilled. Contrarily, when we fill unfulfilled,we do more activities that make us feel unfulfilled which turns into a vicious cycle and worsening into a downward spiral. We spend our lives in Brownian Motion, a theory that explains how random small particles that are suspended in fluids move around aimlessly; linking this to us humans, we have been chasing random, meaningless, purposeless people, places, things that are of great convenience and speed to mankind. This whole entanglement of materialism has made the overall human race a lot more depressed and anxious than they have ever been in history.
The concept of Eternal return is something that I would like to throw some light upon. Eternal return was founded by a Greek philosopher and is also mentioned in the Bhagwat Gita, where Lord Krishna tells Arjuna, "This has happened so many times before, it is just that you do not remember it all". According to Eudemus of Rhodes, this was the belief of the Pythagoreans; "Everything will eventually return in the same numerical order of self."Everything that is happening to us is a recycled and repolished version of what we have been through a zillion times. It is stated in the Upanishads, "Just remember what you have done" which is nothing but recognizing a pattern.
