Coffee and it's impact on the energy vortices, a spiritual beverage?

Coffee symbolises rejuvenation and renewal as it awakens our senses due to it's properties of being a natural stimulant that swiftly navigates its way through our bloodstream upon consumption. Moving toward the spiritual pedagogy of coffee as an energy vitaliser; which argues that coffee darkens the auric field, which simply means that when coffee gets into the consumer's physical body;it gives a spike to the nervous system. The consumed coffee creates an energetic imprint that causes an addiction to the brain cells which deteriorates the teeth,and many other downsides that include anxiety,nervousness, increased heart rate and other complications in the human body; even at a spiritual level, coffee reduction or elimination grows light within the energy body. Therefore,coffee is considered to be a toxin;as it makes it difficult to rise the consciousness in subtle regions of the human body. Another study states that,once coffee intake is stopped altogether, it heightens the sense of smell,sense of taste and sense of heat.

Coffee beans have properties that can help neutralise or absorb certain smells in the air. Hence when one visits perfume stores,it acts as a "palate cleanser" as the smell of coffee beans may thus open one's nose while one is trying out various scents, letting one to fully enjoy the following one. It’s like a little reset button for the sniffer! Thus,caffeine is said to switch on the fight or flight response as it increases adrenaline and cortisol levels.

So what impact does it inversely have on the chakras? Studies show that the sacral chakra is negatively impacted as it elevates emotions of fear,hatred,aggression,anxiety. With high intake of caffeine in the body; it creates a disconnection in the natural waves of the etheric body, that results in very limited natural movement. So, I would like to say that coffee provides borrowed energy which in turn creates disorientation and disconnection of communication between the physical body and surrounding subtle bodies.

Contrary to the downsides, a few studies denote that small amounts of caffeine intake opens up the 3rd eye chakra that connects the body to a spiritual doorway more intimately with one's own psychic powers,as it increases concentration power,clear vision,memory boost, to state a few.

Caffeine is just scratching the surface of all we do to avoid the surrendering and trusting life, or in source of fundamental power in ourselves.

Now, look at the irony,our Sacral chakra and Third Eye chakra mirror each other, as we process raw emotion and raw"knowing" through these chakras as we walk through the world around us.

Hence, to create a balance between both the chakras, it advisable to have just 400mgs of caffeine intake in a day.
