Kehuni Chakra-The energy centre that bridges the heart and the hands.

The Kehuni Chakra,known as the Elbow Chakra possesses our secondary energy vortexes that regulate flow of Prana (life force) through the arm region to the heart's emotional centre. These energies influence our ability to give and receive,manifest our intentions. Located at the bend of each arm,the elbow chakras govern the energetic health of the forearms,the wrists,the hands and the elbows.

When the Kehuni Chakra is in balance,an individual is said to be highly adaptive,firm in decision making and empowered in their actions and interactions with the world as well as the creative expression is natural.
