As per Alyse Bacine,a breathwork practitioner," Karma is the idea that what you do comes back to you.The energy you put out is the energy you receive back" Human relationships are difficult to maintain and sustain these days.Due to this a lot of relations are lost due to lack of time, lack of effort and chasing money. This creates a great divide between the matrix and the spiritual world.Time and money are the two key factors that build the ego. Spending time and money on irrelevant products that have special offers, social networking with people who do not know the real you, dating applications for hook ups destroying your DNA; these all create a low vibrational level of living. So the primary question is, why do these things exist? The sole reason is lack of self love. Everyone these days is living for external validation, forgetting that the law of vibration operates from a place of self love, which means if one doesn't love and value the authenticity of oneself, nobody around them would appreciate them.Simplifying this aspect means, creating positive thoughts, positive emotions and vibrating from a place of happiness aligns with the soul purpose of an individual. No matter how terrible the external environment is, the positive thought uplifts one's vibrations.
The most often talked about types of karmas, though, are good and bad karma. Bacine explains that good karma is when you make a positive contribution to the world such as helping someone in need, paying someone a genuine compliment, or even smiling at a stranger. That good fortune then returns back to you in some way—maybe you meet loving people in your life, receive unexpected money, or things just work out well for you.
On the contrary, bad karma is when you’ve made some sort of negative contribution such as doing or saying something that hurts others out of jealousy or anger. You may then receive that energy back in the form of difficult situations and challenges or you might experience someone doing something similar to you down the road.“It's not always the exact situation either,” Bacine notes. “It can show up differently, but the karmic situation will always carry the same underlying energy."
Now let us unravel the law of karma linked to relationships and understanding how vibrations work. The law of karma beings in the sense of realization, with respect to being more mindful of one's thoughts, actions and deeds before making decisions. As per Newton's Law of Motion, which is a spiritual equivalent of the law of karma; "For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction". This law states that if you exert a force on some object then that object will exert the same amount of force on you. You and the object form an action-reaction pair. With the analogy of relationships, it simply means that the interaction between two people comes in the form of action and response. The action and response creates either a healthy dialogue between two individuals or a negative dialogue depending on the reaction of the receiver. So, further dissecting this with the analogy of evolution of our relationships i.e how we relate to others at a body level. If someone is an empath or emotional by nature, the first response is being empathetic with others. Adding the spiritual angle of Newton's law, if a person is spiritual advanced, he/she expands themselves beyond ego consciousness, that a lesser evolved individual predominantly thrives upon egocentricity.
As stated by Sri Ramakrishna, "Let the rascal ego remain as the servant of God". We are advised to connect our ego and ego of others with infinite consciousness. Further, the law of vibration and spiritual consciousness are woven very closely with one another. Dr. David Hawkins has quantified that the vibrations of different states create a scale of consciousness. This means that the environment in which an individual spends time should be people that believe in uplift which created a direct higher frequencies, thus raising the collective consciousness of the world.
As I wrap this article, the key question here should we care about karma? The answer is yes that is because knowingly or unknowingly what we do comes back to us and thus,we should all align our energies effectively to act with integrity and come from a place of sincerity with others and ourselves.
